Your Portrait Session:
Depending on your location, I will usually come to you and we can shoot in a well lit room in your home or garden, or alternatively your favourite park, beach or playground. I allow up to 2 hours for each session. We will work together to determine the best time for your portrait session. Early morning and late afternoon light is wonderful for outdoor shoots though I am happy to work around naps, feeds and the demands of family life!

I aim to make each session relaxed and fun and the main thing is that everyone enjoys it. Happy children can’t help but make for beautiful, happy photos!  

 Preparing for the shoot:
We will discuss your expectations prior to your portrait session so that I am clear on the type of images you would like. Clothing should be comfortable and classic, plain colours are best. Bold prints and busy logos are distracting so best avoided and colours should co-ordinate for group shots. Feel free to bring a change of clothes for your children if you would like different looks. Bringing a favourite toy is always a good idea for comfort as well.

After the session:
Approximately 2 weeks after your session, your photos will be ready for viewing at your personalised in-home ordering session. A member of our friendly team will come to your home at a time that suits you to present your photos and discuss all of the many options available for displaying your images.A preview gallery of 40-50 beautiful images will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your appointment so that you can start choosing your favourites and also share your photos with friends and family.
